By using MenuYard, you agree to the following terms.


 

1. Service Description

MenuYard provides a platform that converts business menus into publicly accessible online pages with shareable links and QR codes.

MenuYard does not sell food and is not a restaurant.

We only provide digital menu hosting.


 

2. Business Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • Food quality

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Availability of items

  • Hygiene and safety

  • Customer orders and fulfillment

MenuYard does not participate in transactions between you and customers.


 

3. Content Accuracy

You confirm that submitted information:

  • Is accurate

  • Belongs to your business

  • Does not violate any law

We may remove content that is misleading, illegal, abusive, or harmful.


 

4. Availability

We aim to keep your menu accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

 

 

5. Payments (When Applicable)

If subscription pricing applies:

  • Fees are for hosting services only

  • Payments are non-refundable once service is delivered

  • Failure to pay may result in page suspension

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

MenuYard is not liable for:

  • Food poisoning

  • Customer disputes

  • Delivery issues

  • Incorrect orders

  • Business losses

  • Customer behavior

You operate independently of MenuYard.


 

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove pages that:

  • Violate laws

  • Impersonate businesses

  • Contain prohibited content

  • Abuse the platform

You may request removal anytime.


 

8. Changes to Service

We may modify features, pricing, or structure to improve the platform.

 

9. Governing Use

By using MenuYard, you accept these terms and agree to use the platform responsibly.
